How we work
Our method builds on the core principle of getting the best candidate for the job and not just the best available candidate. We use selection and attraction exclusively focused on top performers who are not looking for a new job. Therefore, they can be extremely hard to reach and get into consideration. No one else does that with the same precision, speed and success as we do.
We come from commercial backgrounds and put a lot of effort into understanding our clients, what they want to achieve with the role they are looking for and what the right hire needs to accomplish. We conduct thorough market research to understand any potential candidates across geographies and backgrounds and establish the right talent pool.
We understand that recruiting is often highly time sensitive to our clients and therefore we are accessible, work very intensely and have short turnaround times.

We conduct background research on your company and industry to understand what you do and understand the context you operate in.
We study the job description thoroughly to understand exactly what the role entails.
We conduct a kick-off meeting where we go over details about the company, strategy, organization, role responsibilities, role requirements, interview process etc. We insist on being thorough in this, as that must get a complete understanding of the company, organization, culture, role and expectations for performance. We also challenge you on any relevant points to be as precise as possible on finding the right profile as well as advising you on the ideal interview process for the given role.
Afterwards, we create a search strategy, we make any relevant changes to the job description and we find sample profiles that we can use as concrete examples to calibrate and align expectations.
We conduct a followup meeting to get feedback on the search strategy, job description and sample profiles to make sure that we are completely aligned.

Search & attract
Phase 2
We conduct further market research to identify all relevant companies where the right profiles might be found. Afterwards, we conduct candidate search to identify and rank relevant candidates.
We contact the relevant candidates and conduct interviews in order to 1) convince them of the opportunity and 2) qualify them for the role. We also align expectations around starting date and compensation.
We collect CV’s and write detailed interview notes and add relevant candidates to the shortlist.
We share the shortlist with you and get your feedback and schedule interviews for you to meet the candidates.

Interviews & select
Phase 3
You meet the candidates and follow the interview process that we have agreed on and make any relevant changes to it. We make any relevant iterations and add new relevant candidates to the shortlist
You select your top candidate and we do reference checks and potential tests. We give you feedback on how everything turned out.
You extend an offer, negotiate and get the final signature. We assist in any way necessary.
We follow up with you and the hired candidate on an ongoing basis to ensure that the candidate is content and lives up to your expectations.
